My Philosophy
I'm so glad you're here.
Taking the step to begin therapy is an act of quiet bravery. It takes courage to look closely at the parts of ourselves and our lives that feel tender, tangled, or unresolved.
My journey into psychotherapy began with a deep curiosity about human relationships and resilience. In my practice, I observed how early relational experiences—especially for young adult women—deeply influence our sense of self-worth, anxiety levels, and romantic patterns.
That is why I created The Insight Space: to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgemental sanctuary where you don't have to carry it all alone. My role is not to give you rigid advice or change who you are, but to support you in unravelling old knots and discovering what genuinely works for you.
