I'm Mourbi Madhubrata, a counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in supporting young adult women (20–40) through anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and recurring relationship patterns.

My approach is rooted in relational, attachment-informed therapy. I believe that by understanding the roots of our struggles — often shaped by early relationships — we can build new, healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others.
